Note - I design e-learning modules based on brand personality and standards in terms of colors, fonts, and the overall feel of them.
Client: Giant Food
Date: 2023
Objective: To help associates understand the benefits of being a member of the loyalty program.
ELM: This excerpt from the e-Learning module demonstrates the use of gamification tactics by showing progress around a gameboard and accumulating points for a reward at the end (the reward is presented in another section of the ELM). It also shows the difference that creating personalization can create within the game experience.
The information included in the game is also recapped at the end of the module and provided as a downloadable resource.
Employer: White Castle
Date: 2013
Objective: To teach crew managers how to respond to customers when things don't go quite right, using their customer recovery process.
ELM: This e-Learning module is a branching scenario interaction to engage the crew manager in developing and practicing a skill. The scenario includes:
1) The background story for the scenario
2) A video of the customer and manager interaction
3) Three potential responses from the manager (audio only)
4) The customer's response to each of the manager's responses (video)
5) Ask the manager if they are sure this is the response they want to make?
6) Feedback on their final decision
7) Review the steps of the customer recovery process (sorting activity)
Note: I do not have the ELM to show, but the pictures below show key slides.
