Objective: Provide new-to-role leadership development training for managers in the grocery stores, distribution warehouses, on the delivery team, and in the corporate office.
Programming: The program content was developed in four buckets: Culture, Understanding Yourself & Your Team, Understanding the Ways of Working & the Business, and Your Leadership Legacy. It is grounded in the organization's Leadership Journey. 
The program encompasses a full year but is broken into two parts: a) formal learning & practice (3 months) and b) developing others (9 months).
For the grocery stores, warehouses, and delivery managers, the formal learning program was developed as instructor-led with self-paced learning & practice instances between the classes. For the corporate office, because the quantity of new-to-role leaders is much smaller, the program was developed as self-paced learning with monthly hour-long leader circles.

Objective: Provide formal leadership development for high-potential leaders in the corporate office.
Programming: The program was developed to focus on leading yourself, leading others, and leading the business. It was grounded in the organization's values and behaviors. It was a 5-month program with a blended approach that included self-paced learning, monthly meetings, a formal mentoring program, volunteer opportunities, and a team project.
